This is the Mini MEK, a smaller version of the original with a solid 2 finger grip for lighter tasks.
The unique color of this material come from decades of aging and oxidation while the rich black color and slight silver streaking of the bog oak took nearly 6000 years to form. Like all vintage and ancient materials this stuff is in short supply and when it is gone it will be gone for good.
The MEK pictured is the exact one you will receive, be sure to select your choice of sheath color, belt loop, jimping, and optional lanyard bead from the drop-down menu.
